Labelexpo Europe is the world’s leading trade fair for labeling, graphic arts and packaging, which in 2025 took place at Fira Barcelona Gran Via from September 16 to 19. This year’s edition was the largest ever, bringing together over 600 exhibitors, tens of thousands of professional visitors, and more than 43,000 m² of exhibition space.
Beer Events brought the Barcelona Beer Festival to Labelexpo with a stand designed to energize and activate the flow of professionals through the venue. Over four days, the space became a lively hub — a place to meet, talk, and connect in a relaxed atmosphere, with craft beer as the common thread. We fostered countless informal encounters among exhibitors, buyers, and visitors, enriching the fair’s experience and showcasing Catalan craft beer culture within an industrial and international context.
The stand, spacious and visually striking, featured a curated selection of local craft beers regularly awarded at the Barcelona Beer Challenge. This time, visitors could enjoy beers from Ogham, Lo Vilot, La Pirata, Bierboi, and Montseny — five breweries that reflect the quality, diversity, and maturity of Catalonia’s craft beer scene. The setup and product curation were designed to attract visitors and create tasting moments that turned into real business opportunities.
This participation was made possible thanks to the strong collaboration with the Barcelona Convention Bureau, the Turisme de Barcelona division that promotes the city as a destination for congresses, trade fairs, and professional events. Its work is essential to positioning Barcelona as a leading MICE hub and to fostering partnerships that generate meaningful impact for the city.
Projects like this one reaffirm Beer Events’ commitment to large-scale events: active presence, engagement, and attention to detail to connect sectors, create opportunities, and give Catalan craft beer international visibility.
