CavaTast 2025 activities

Beer Events successfully organized, for the second consecutive year, the activities of Cavatast

Held on October 3,4 and 5 in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. This edition featured fourteen wineries and three gastronomic exhibitors, offering the public a varied program of tastings, pairings, and cultural activities that combined the promotion of cava with local gastronomy.

Over the two days, ten activities were held, with a capacity of 28 participants per session and full attendance at every event. Among the highlights were “Rotational tasting: conversation over glasses” and “Strawberry: a real pairing or just a cava myth?”, which encouraged discussion and interaction among participants, highlighting the quality of content and professionalism of the speakers. Four of the sessions included gastronomic pairings, showcasing cava’s versatility as a product capable of complementing different flavors.

Cavatast  achieved its goals of promoting cava as a high-quality product with its own identity, strengthening its connection with the territory and gastronomy, and consolidating Sant Sadurní d’Anoia as the cava capital and a key wine tourism destination. This year’s edition reaffirms Beer Events’ ability to organize innovative, engaging, and high-quality food & wine activities for both professionals and the general public.
