Beer Events coordinates the closing of projects in Viladecans

In June 2025, Beer Events took part coordinating production in the closing of two projects promoted by the Viladecans City Council: El projecte Diana and the Lidera el teu propòsit program. Both aimed to strengthen participants’ skills and create new growth opportunities within the community.

Beer Events was responsible for coordinating both events, ensuring that everything ran smoothly, with good pace and without incidents. Their experience in event organization was key to creating a welcoming, professional, and emotional atmosphere. Both closings featured a presentation by Elsa Gimenez, founder of KitCo, an engineer and personal development enthusiast, who shared real-life testimonials and interactive activities that brought closeness and positive energy to the day.

El Projecte Diana is aimed at women over 30 who are unemployed and face difficulties accessing the job market, with special focus on women over 45. The goal is to provide training, guidance, and support tools that help strengthen their confidence and improve their employment opportunities. The result is a group of women who are better prepared and more connected.

On the other hand, Lidera el teu propòsit, has been a program designed for young people who need guidance to focus on their professional future. Through practical workshops, mentoring sessions, and group dynamics, participants have reflected on their personal and professional purpose, learning to turn it into a driver of change and a guide for their projects.

The closing of these two projects was a moment of collective celebration and recognition of the effort of everyone involved. For Beer Events, it has been an honour to support the City Council in this process and to contribute to giving visibility to initiatives that promote personal development, equal opportunities, and the encouragement of entrepreneurship in the city.
