Together with the Barcelona Convention Bureau (BCB), we organised a teambuilding and nextworking experience using craft beer as the guiding thread to connect people, creativity and the local territory.
We began the session with an in-depth guided tour of the Garage Beer Co. brewery, where participants were able to gain firsthand insight into the operations of one of Barcelona’s leading breweries. The visit provided a clear understanding of its contribution to the dynamisation of the surrounding area, its integration within the urban environment and the philosophy underpinning its working model.
Following the tour, we held an experiential workshop focused on the ingredients and the live beer-making process. This practical and educational activity enabled participants to explore aromas, textures and flavours associated with the key stages of brewing, fostering curiosity, active engagement and spontaneous conversations.
To conclude the experience, we organised a round-table tasting featuring several of the brewery’s own references. This relaxed yet professional setting encouraged the exchange of opinions, natural communication between participants and the creation of synergies — all fully aligned with the BCB’s mission to strengthen the Barcelona brand, support the local economy and generate value for the city’s professional ecosystem.
This immersive experience, designed by Beer Events S.L., brought together knowledge, creativity and community through Barcelona’s beer culture, and was thoroughly enjoyed by both organisers and participants during a pleasant Friday morning.
