Beer Events was responsible for the planning, production and coordination of two key spaces during the Spring Festivities in Sant Feliu de Llobregat: the activity area of the Trade Fair and the stage management of the Gastronomy area at Vuit de Març square. With over 35 activities linked to local commerce and a rich musical and cultural programme, the project exceeded all expectations.
The Trade Fair, held at Passeig Nadal, featured an activity space where over 20 local business-led events were coordinated and delivered, including workshops, demos, participatory sessions and promotional stands. The involvement of local merchants was outstanding, creating a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere that drew a diverse audience. A highlight was the presentation of the Commercial Recognition Awards, celebrating long-standing local businesses.
Meanwhile, the Gastronomy area at Vuit de Març square included a stage fully programmed and produced by Beer Events. Fifteen live acts – from concerts and performances to micro-theatre and children’s sessions – brought colour and rhythm to the festivities, with a special focus on local talent and inclusive programming.
This project reinforces Beer Events’ solid experience in end-to-end event production – from concept and coordination to execution and contingency planning. We’re proud to bring the expertise gained through years of Barcelona Beer Festival to a wide range of new formats and client needs.
We’ll be back in Sant Feliu next year!
